Any correspondence after the initial 15 minutes will be added as 'work hours' in your project and invoiced upon completion of your project. A 50% deposit must be made prior to the start of all projects.

This is why we consider this a required step in assuming our team accurately for your particular job or project.
We are a service-driven company but we may at times have an inventory of refurbished computer items that are backed by our 30-day warranty covering the performance and operation of any products we sell. The warranty covers the equipment we serviced and guaranteed.
