Upgrades, Updates, Rollbacks, Recovery, Cloning, Backups, Procurement, and remote installations are available upon consultation.
Technical Support, Assistance, and Troubleshooting through remote assistance available on call within 15 minutes of receipt of booking. Booking available same day if slots available. Available slots are available for reservation as far in advance as 3 months. Appointments reserved with payment of 50 % of the quote in advance. If a free consultation appointment is missed a 10% fee will be added to the quote.
